Formerly a CIO, Mike came over to the “HR Dark Side” in 2003 working for both SAP and Oracle before coming to Cornerstone 4 years ago.

Craig Brassington leads DXC’s global Cornerstone OnDemand Technical Delivery team. Craig is a strong client advocate and thrives on understanding client objectives to achieve their business outcomes. He leads a team of over 30 team members that consults with clients to identify their requirements and creates solutions that maximize their investment in Cornerstone through consulting, native functionality, building software, or a blend of all three. Craig's background includes 20+ years in the HR technology space and over 11 years in the Cornerstone ecosystem as both a client and consultant. Throughout his career, Craig has worked with local, international and global clients within a variety of verticals and industries. Craig advises clients on how to innovate and expand upon their strategic business objectives in order to deliver value back to the business.
