Tim is responsible for managing Bluewater partner relationships and services, as well as defining and maintaining the products & services Bluewater delivers in support of our customers. A member of the Bluewater Executive Team, over the last four years Tim has also managed the Business Consulting Team and Operations in addition to continual support of the Business Development team. Tim has spent the last 25 years as a consultant, leading teams to help customers get the most out of the processes and systems they have implemented. With a focus on business outcomes and customer satisfaction, Tim has worked with leading organizations, including EY, Deloitte, Xerox, Cisco Systems, State Farm, United Airlines, and dozens others to implement and operate integrated systems. Tim and his family have lived in the Dallas area for over 30 years. During spring and summer, your best bet is to catch him and his wife Ann out at the Ballpark cheering on the Texas Rangers.

Tom Boyle is a seasoned product executive who has spent the past 20+ years building innovative technologies that change the way people work. His expertise spans all areas of talent management, with a focus on talent acquisition in support of large enterprise organizations.

In his current role, he provides advice to clients to help fully leverage and optimize the Cornerstone application and create business strategies to align with business goals and objectives.

Before joining Cornerstone, Tom worked as a product executive, building cutting edge recruiting, onboarding and video interviewing technology for the large enterprise. He has consulted with hundreds of global organizations on their unique business challenges, helping to assemble the right recruiting and onboarding strategy to meet their needs.

Tom has a strong understanding of the latest talent management trends and challenges facing HR. He has been a contributor on both industry and mainstream media outlets including: Forbes, LinkedIn, HCI, ERE, Mashable, Glamour, and HRBartender.
