The following list below shows the available hosting location options for each Cornerstone Group Product. At the start of its relationship with Cornerstone, customers must select a single hosting location where each purchased Cornerstone Group Products are available. The customer’s physical data shall remain hosted in the selected location(s) and processed in accordance with the terms of the service.

Cornerstone may rely on Cornerstone affiliates and/or other processors (“Subprocessors”) listed below to provide support or
perform technical or other types of services for its customers. The use of specific Subprocessors is subject to the master agreement, data
processing addendum (“DPA”) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses Cornerstone executes with (or on behalf of) a given customer (collectively,
the “Agreement”).
Cornerstone will notify through this page any changes to the list of Subprocessors.
