For over 20 years, Jerry has crafted and led results-driven performance solutions in the spheres of talent development, organization effectiveness, knowledge/learning systems, and strategic change for more than 100 clients across industry sectors that range from broad efforts in Fortune 500 Companies to targeted missions in not-for-profit settings. He is also part of the leadership team at TiER1.

Oscar Medina

Principal, Value & Strategy, Cornerstone
Oscar has spent over 25 years of his career in Talent Management solution leadership. Much of that experience has been focused on helping customers find value in their software by leading teams to deliver consulting and value- added services. With experiences at several well-known talent management organizations, Oscar led teams to ensure hundreds of successful implementations and technical projects for Talent Management Practice. His teams have included Developers, Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and Web Designers. In his most recent position, Oscar served as Vice President of Implementation and Customer Success delivering a solution to help improve issues around DEIB.

He is a veteran of Cornerstone having had a previous 7-year stint as a Solution Architect where his role was responsible for supporting conversations with customers on their Talent Management processes and goals and all the technical aspects of their project to ensure success. Oscar also serves on several non-profit boards.
