Sofia’s presentation is based on global and Nordic values research, as well as findings from Ungdomsfokus (2015–2025), a survey in which over 16,500 respondents have shared their perspectives on work-related values. She also integrates insights from recent leadership studies based on responses from more than 4,000 Swedish managers and executives.

Sofia Rasmussen is a trend analyst, keynote speaker, and CEO of Rasmussen Analys. She was nominated for MySpeaker of the Year 2022 and named one of Veckans Affärer’s 101 Super Talents. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and has spent almost 20 years analyzing the labor market and people’s work-life values.
